  • What if my shipment isn't updating or showing movement?

    If tracking isn't updating, the driver may not have marked the current status in the app or might have lost signal temporarily. Our platform automatically syncs as soon as the connection is restored.

  • Do I need to enter an order number to track my load?

    You don't need to manually enter an order number. Once logged in, your dashboard displays all current, past, and upcoming loads with live status, pickup/delivery details, and tracking progress.

  • Is the location tracking accurate?

    Yes. PTTR uses GPS-enabled tracking with geo-fencing, so the location is only updated when the driver enters or leaves specific points — pickup, rest stops, and delivery zones.

  • Can my shipper also track the shipment if I have a broker account?

    You can share live tracking updates, ETAs, and delivery confirmations with them externally. Shippers who haven't joined PTTR won't have dashboard access independently.

  • How can I quickly find a specific load in my tracking dashboard?

    Use the order/load number, filter by pickup/destination, truck type, or date range to find it faster.

  • Can I see the route the carrier is taking for my load?

    Yes. PTTR gives you full visibility of the carrier's route in real-time, including stops, detours, and estimated time of arrival.
